Unlike traditional elevators, it adopts high-strength transparent glass as the main material of the car, allowing office staff and visitors to enjoy the building’s interior landscape or external city view while riding, enhancing the grade and sense of design of the office building, while taking "safety and stability" as the core design concept to fully meet the long-term high-frequency operation needs of office scenarios.
In terms of safety, we have adopted a full set of redundant safety protection systems to eliminate all potential risks. The car is made of double-layer tempered anti-explosion glass (thickness 12mm+8mm), which has super impact resistance, pressure resistance and anti-explosion performance. Even if it is accidentally damaged, it will break into small obtuse-angle fragments, avoiding personal injury. The door system is equipped with infrared light curtain + mechanical anti-pinch double protection, which can quickly sense obstacles and stop the door closing immediately, effectively preventing caused by careless operation of passengers. At the same time, the elevator is standard equipped with emergency automatic rescue device (ARD), which can automatically level the car to the nearest floor and open the door for rescue when the power is cut off, ensuring that passengers are not trapped. In addition, it is also equipped with overload protection, mechanical overspeed governor, safety gear, buffer, five-party intercom system and fire emergency return function, forming a multi-dimensional safety protection network to ensure 24-hour safe and reliable operation.
For stability, the elevator adopts permanent magnet gearless traction machine and full VVVF variable frequency control system, which effectively reduces the vibration and noise during operation. The running speed is stable at 1.6-2.5m/s, and the leveling accuracy is controlled within ±1mm, so there is no shaking, jitter or dizziness during riding, which is suitable for office staff to take frequently every day. The core components (traction machine, control system, safety device) are all selected from well-known brand products, strict quality inspection and durability test, with a service life of up to 15 years, and the failure rate is lower than 0.5% per year, which can adapt to the high-frequency use scenario of office buildings (up to 1000 times of operation per day) and reduce the maintenance cost of the property.
In terms of product configuration, the rated load covers 1000kg (13 passengers), 1250kg (16 passengers) and 1600kg (21 passengers), which is suitable for 5-30 floor office buildings. The glass car can be customized with different transparency (frosted, fully transparent, partial frosted) according to the needs of the office building, while ensuring privacy while enjoying the landscape. The car interior is equipped with anti-ultraviolet glass, which can effectively block 99% of ultraviolet rays, avoiding sunburn and discomfort caused by long-term exposure.
