Our office building passenger elevator is professionally customized for modern high-rise office towers, Grade A commercial office buildings, enterprise headquarters, business centers and office industrial parks. It is specially optimized for high passenger flow, peak hour congestion, long-term high-frequency operation, quiet office environment and low daily operation cost which are the core demands of office projects.
Adopting advanced permanent magnet gearless traction machine and full VVVF variable frequency speed control system, the elevator realizes ultra-smooth start, acceleration, deceleration and leveling performance. The leveling accuracy is controlled within ±1mm, no shaking, no dizziness during operation, perfectly matching the high comfort standard of high-end office buildings.
Available in multiple rated load options: 1000kg for 13 passengers, 1250kg for 16 passengers and 1600kg for 21 passengers. Rated speed covers 1.6m/s, 2.0m/s, 2.5m/s and 3.0m/s, fully compatible with 5 to 35 floors mid-rise and high-rise office buildings. Equipped with intelligent destination group control system, it automatically collects real-time passenger flow data, intelligently allocates elevator dispatching logic during morning rush, lunch peak and evening off-duty peak, effectively reducing average waiting time by up to 30% and avoiding long queue and crowded car cabin.
In terms of safety configuration, we adopt full redundant safety design. Standard equipped with overload protection, infrared light curtain door anti-clamp system, emergency automatic rescue device ARD for power failure, mechanical overspeed governor, safety gear, buffer device and five-party intercom communication system. It also supports optional fire emergency return function and earthquake linkage protection, ensuring 24-hour safe and stable operation for office staff.
The whole machine adopts low-noise structural optimization design. The indoor cabin operation noise is controlled below 55dB, which will not cause noise interference to surrounding office rooms and meeting rooms.
