Energy conservation is the core highlight of our product, achieved through advanced energy-saving technology and intelligent design. We adopt a high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous traction system, which has a conversion efficiency of up to 95%, 30% higher than that of traditional asynchronous motors. It can automatically adjust power output according to the number of passengers and running state, avoiding energy waste caused by constant power operation. The system is equipped with an intelligent energy recovery device, which can recover and reuse the potential energy generated during the elevator’s descent, converting it into electrical energy to supply the elevator’s auxiliary systems (such as lighting and ventilation), further reducing energy consumption.
In addition, we have adopted a series of energy-saving supporting designs to maximize energy efficiency. The cabin uses high-transparency low-iron tempered laminated glass, which can effectively transmit natural light, reducing the use of artificial lighting during the day and saving electricity. The VVVF variable frequency control system optimizes the running speed and acceleration/deceleration curve, reducing energy loss during start-up and stop, while ensuring smooth and quiet operation (noise ≤45dB). The elevator’s standby mode is intelligently set: when there is no passenger for a certain period of time, it will automatically enter the low-power standby state, reducing idle energy consumption by more than 50%.
While focusing on energy conservation, we strictly guarantee the safety and stability of the elevator. The cabin is made of thickness 12mm+8mm high-strength tempered laminated safety glass with a PVB interlayer, which remains intact even if cracked, preventing glass fragments from falling and protecting passenger safety. Thetriple anti-fall protection system (speed limiter, safety gear, and ARD emergency rescue device) can instantly brake in case of emergencies such as overspeed and power failure, effectively avoiding safety hazards. The 154-beam infrared light curtain accurately detects small obstacles, preventing pinching accidents and ensuring the safety of passengers entering and exiting.

The precision guide rail system and three-force balance structure ensure smooth operation without vibration, with millimeter-level leveling accuracy, making every start and stop smooth and imperceptible.
